House Rules: No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. A $2500 fine will be imposed for violations, in addition to any costs associated with repairing damage caused by smoking (such as odor removal or cleaning). Properly dispose of trash in the designated bins for recycling and general waste. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100 to cover the extra time and effort needed for proper disposal. No Parties or Events Parties, large gatherings, or any unauthorized events are strictly prohibited on the property. A $150 fine will be imposed for violations, and guests may be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund. Late Check-out Fee Check-out time is at 10:00AM. Any check-out performed after this time without prior authorization will incur a $150 late check-out fee, in addition to any costs related to delays in cleaning or preparing the property for the next guest. Getting Around For your safety and security, the community has a gate guard at the entrance. All guests must provide the full names of drivers once the reservation is confirmed to be registered for entry. Overflow parking is not permitted. Please ensure all vehicles fit within the designated parking areas. The following vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community: boats, campers, trailers, RVs, motorhomes, recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles or equipment, and construction vehicles of any kind.
